What we collect, and what we do not.
This site collects very little. There are no cookies, no analytics and no third-party tracking — the only personal information we hold is what you type into a form and send us deliberately.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the three forms on the contact page. Nothing is gathered in the background.
| Every form | Name, email address, organisation, phone number, and the message you write. |
|---|---|
| Consultation requests | Additionally the service you are interested in and your timeline. |
| Business enquiries | Additionally a subject line. |
| Partner applications | Additionally your discipline, years of experience, a portfolio or profile link, and your available capacity. |
| Role applications | If you apply to a role on our opportunities page: your profession, years of experience, portfolio or LinkedIn, country and timezone, your rate and availability, your answer on the schedule, a description of your experience, and the CV you upload. |
What we do with it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to you. Nothing more. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. The single exception is applying to a role, covered in its own section below, where sharing your details with the client is the point — and only ever with your explicit consent.
A submission is written to a log file on our server and emailed to the relevant inbox — consultation requests to sales, partner applications to partners, everything else to hello. You also receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming we got it.
Applying to a role
Applying to a role on our opportunities page is the one case where we may pass your information to someone else, and it only happens if you tick the consent box on the form. Without that consent we cannot put you forward, which is the entire point of applying — so we ask for it explicitly rather than burying it in this page.
What we share, and only with the client for the role you applied to, is the information you submitted and the CV you uploaded. We speak to you before that happens. You will know which client it is and can decline.
Your CV is stored in two places: on our own server, in a directory that is not reachable from the web, and in our private Google Drive, where we review applications. The Drive copy is not shared publicly and is not set to be viewable by anyone with a link. Your application details are also recorded in a private Google Sheet so we can review them properly.
Google therefore acts as a processor for us, in the same way our web host does. Beyond that, your CV is not sent to any recruitment platform, CV database or applicant tracking service.
You can withdraw at any time. Email us and we will delete your application and your CV — there is no waiting period and we do not keep a copy for future roles unless you ask us to.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking of any kind.
Fonts are served from our own server rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited. Aside from links you deliberately click, this site makes no requests to third parties.
Spam prevention
To stop automated submissions we limit how many forms can be sent from one internet connection per hour. To do that without keeping a record of who visited, your IP address is irreversibly hashed and only the hash is stored. We never write your IP address to disk.
Forms also carry a hidden field and a signed timestamp. Both are discarded once a submission is accepted.
Where your data is held
The website and its submission log are hosted by Hostinger in a United Kingdom data centre. Email is delivered through Hostinger’s mail service. Both act as processors on our behalf.
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit, and the directory holding submissions is not reachable from the web.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no account to close.
If you applied to the partner network and would rather we did not keep your details on file, say so and we will remove them.
Changes
If we change what we collect or what we do with it, this page changes at the same time. We will not quietly broaden the scope and rely on you rereading it.

Our registered company details, data retention period and governing jurisdiction are being finalised and will be published here. In the meantime, the practices described above are accurate and in force.
