Data Entry, Operations & Billing Specialist

Our client needs someone who is genuinely good at the work most people rush: entering details into forms correctly, processing billing accurately, and keeping the underlying records clean as volume grows.

This is a hands-on processing role rather than a supervisory one. Expect a steady queue of forms and billing records, tools you will be expected to learn quickly, and a standard where a transposed digit is a real problem rather than a small one. Speed matters, but only alongside accuracy — we would rather have someone consistently right than occasionally fast.

You will also help keep the process itself in order: spotting where records go wrong repeatedly, flagging what is slowing the queue, and keeping the day-to-day operation predictable.

Experience in insurance or healthcare billing is a real advantage here, and KYC or verification work translates well — but neither is required. If you have done high-volume, high-accuracy entry work in another sector, we want to hear from you.

The schedule is fixed to US Eastern hours because the role runs alongside a team working those hours. Please only apply if you can reliably work them.
