Client Outreach & Acquisition (Intern)
Help build the client pipeline: prospect research, outreach, qualification and booking meetings for the Founder & CEO.

About the role
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to help build Debridger's client pipeline — identifying potential clients, starting conversations and generating qualified meetings.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn B2B client acquisition inside an early-stage company. You will be working on real client acquisition, not simulations.
You do not need to be an experienced salesperson. We are looking for someone curious, proactive and willing to learn.
What you will do
Pipeline and outreach
- Research and identify potential clients
- Find the relevant decision-makers
- Build prospect lists
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach
- Follow up with prospects
- Qualify interested prospects
- Book qualified meetings for the Founder & CEO
Tracking and insight
- Manage prospect information and follow-ups in HubSpot
- Track outreach activity and share insights on what is working

Previous sales or client acquisition experience is helpful, but not required.
