We built Debridger to keep that work with us. A vetted network on one side, organizations that need capacity on the other, and a coordination layer in between that stays involved until the outcome lands. It is deliberately a harder business to run than a marketplace. It is also the only version that solves the problem clients actually have.

The same structure turned out to serve professionals just as well. Independents and agencies routinely receive more work than they can personally deliver, and their only options are to decline it or dilute it. Routing that overflow through us lets them grow without breaking the relationships that got them there.
